摘要：目的调查中青年原发性高血压患者疾病感知与自我管理行为的现状,并探讨疾病感知与自我管理行为之间的相关性。方法选取2020年6月~2021年6月于甘肃中医药大学附属医院心血管中心收治的180例中青年原发性高血压的患者,采用简易版疾病感知问卷(BIPQ)、一般资料调查表,高血压病人自我管理行为测评量表(HPSMBRS)进行调查。结果患者BIPQ得分为41.35±3.40分,HPSMBRS得分为106.45±8.76分。患者HPSMBRS总分与疾病预后、个人控制、治疗控制、疾病关心、疾病了解呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与疾病病程、症状识别、情绪影响、BIPQ总分呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论中青年原发性高血压患者疾病感知对自我管理行为有一定程度的影响,改善患者负性疾病感知可以提高其自我管理能力。
Objective To investigate the status quo of disease perception and self-management behavior in young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension,and to explore the correlation between disease perception and self-management behavior.Methods 180 young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2021.The brief illness perception questionnaire(BIPQ),general information questionnaire,and hypertension patients self-management behavior rating scale(HPSMBRS)were used for the investigation.Results The patient’s BIPQ score was 41.35±3.40 points,and the HPSMBRS score was 106.45±8.76 points.The total score of HPSMBRS was significantly positively correlated with disease prognosis,personal control,treatment control,disease care and disease understanding(P<0.05),and was significantly negatively correlated with disease course,symptom recognition,emotional impact and BIPQ total score(P<0.05).Conclusion The disease perception of young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension has a certain influence on self-management behavior,and improving patients’negative disease perception can improve their self-management ability.
