摘要：子宫内膜异位症是一类雌激素依赖炎症性疾病,西医采用对症治疗,无根治之法,且手术治疗复发率高,究其主要原因为对该病的病因病机未能完全探明,因此,对于本病发病机制的研究是国内外学者研究的热点问题。近年来结合临床治疗发现,中医药对本病的治疗有其独特的优势,且针对不同的证型予以专方专药,才能取得良好疗效。因此,构建病证结合子宫内膜异位症动物模型,不仅可以帮助明确本病的中医病因病机,而且可对该病的中医辨证论治提供理论支持。本文对构建病证结合型子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型的实验研究进行综述,以期对子宫内膜异位症病证结合动物模型方法进行总结,并对造模方法的选择提供思路。
Endometriosis is a kind of estrogen-dependent inflammatory disease.Western medicine adopts symptomatic treatment without a radical cure,and surgical treatment has a high recurrence rate.The main reason is that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease have not been fully explored.Therefore,the study on the pathogenesis of the disease is a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad.In recent years,combined with clinical treatment,it has been found that Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of this disease,and specific prescriptions and drugs for different syndromes can achieve good efficacy.Therefore,the construction of an animal model of endometriosis combined with disease and syndrome can not only help to clarify the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,but also provide theoretical support for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease.In this paper,the experimental studies on the construction of the rat model of endometriosis combined with disease and syndrome were reviewed,in order to summarize the methods of the animal model of endometriosis combined with disease and syndrome,and provide reference for the selection of methods.
