摘要：象数思维作为中华民族在文明历史中形成的独具特色的传统思维和独有的辩证逻辑,对中医学的形成和发展产生了极为深刻的影响,成为了中医基础理论的渊源之一,也是中医学的核心思维方式之一,涵盖并体现了中医学整体、中和、变易、直觉、虚静、顺势、功用等思维特点,渗透贯穿于中医学的各个方面。文章对象数思维在中医学阴阳、五行、藏象、病机、诊断、治则、治法、预防、方药、经络、针刺等方面的应用进行论述,为进一步基于象数思维深入推进中医理论研究和临床实践提供资料支持。
Xiang and Shu thinking patterns,as a unique traditional thinking and unique syndrome differentiation logic of the Chinese nation formed in the history of civilization,has exerted a profound influence on the formation and development of traditional Chinese medicine.It has become one of the origins of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine and one of the core modes of thinking of traditional Chinese medicine.It covers and embodies the thinking characteristics of Chinese medicine such as wholeness,neutralization,change,intuition,vacuity,homeopathy and function,permeating all aspects of Chinese medicine.This paper discusses the application of Xiang and Shu thinking patterns in yin and yang,five elements,Zang Xiang,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment principles,treatment methods,prevention,prescriptions,meridians,acupuncture and other aspects of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide data support for further promoting theoretical research and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine based on Xiang and Shu thinking patterns.
