摘要:目的:研究影响达乌里秦艽适宜性分布的生态因子,预测达乌里秦艽在我国的潜在适生分布区。方法:利用达乌里秦艽在中国的154个地理分布记录,结合28项环境因子,应用最大熵模型(Max Ent)研究影响达乌里秦艽适宜性分布的生态因子,结合ArcGIS软件预测达乌里秦艽全国及各省潜在适生分布区。结果:影响达乌里秦艽适宜性生长的主要环境因子为海拔、1月最高温和1月降水量;达乌里秦艽在我国10个省的潜在适生性较高,适生区总面积达577 517.4 km^2,占全国总面积的6.02%;甘肃省达乌里秦艽潜在适生区面积最大,青海次之。结论:研究结果对达乌里秦艽原产地资源保护和野生抚育具有指导作用,可以为达乌里秦艽栽培选地和生产区划研究提供科学依据。
Objective: To study effect of ecological factors on distribution of Gentiana dahurica and predict the potential suitable distribution regions of G. dahurica in China. Methods: By using 154 distribution recordings in China and 28 ecological factors and combined with ArcGIS, the effect of the ecological factors on the suitable distribution regions of G. dahurica and the potential suitable distribution regions in China and each province were studied by MaxEnt. Results: The main factors effect of the suitable growth of G. dahurica were altitude, the highest temperature and the precipitation in January. 10 provinces in China existed higher suitable distribution areas for G. dahurica. The suitable distribution areas were 577 517.4 km2 , accounting for 6. 02% of the total area of the country. Gansu province had the largest areas for the suitable growth of G. dahurica, and the second was Qinghai. Conclusion: The results could guide for resources native protection and wild nurture of G. dahurica. Meanwhile, it could provide scientific basis for selecting cultivation fields and suitable production area of G. dahurica.
