摘要:卵巢癌作为女性预后差、易复发的癌症之一,目前很难做到早期筛查与治疗。卵巢癌的发生与卵巢周围炎症密切相关,白细胞介素-17(IL-17)家族成员被认为是炎症反应的启动因子,可诱导抗菌肽和炎症基因的表达,参与抗感染并诱导多种自身免疫性疾病的发生。由此认为,IL-17可通过诱导炎症参与卵巢肿瘤的发生发展过程。目前已有大量研究证明IL-17参与胃癌、肺癌及肝癌等的发生发展,关于其与卵巢癌关系的具体机制尚不明确且缺乏大量研究数据。因此,了解IL-17在卵巢癌发生、增殖、转移及治疗耐药中的作用或可为卵巢癌的筛查、靶向治疗提供新思路。
Ovarian cancer,as one of the cancers with poor prognosis and easy recurrence in women,is difficult to achieve early screening and treatment.The occurrence of ovarian cancer is closely related to the inflammation around the ovary.Interleukin-17(IL-17)family members are considered to be the initiating factors of the inflammatory reaction,which can induce the expression of antimicrobial peptides and inflammatory genes,participate in anti-infection and induce the occurrence of various autoimmune diseases,suggesting that IL-17 participates in the development of ovarian cancer through inducing inflammation.Currently,a large number of studies have shown that IL-17 is involved in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,lung cancer and liver cancer,while the specific mechanism of the relationship between IL-17 and ovarian cancer is still unclear,and understanding the role of IL-17 in the occurrence,progression and metastasis of ovarian cancer may provide new ideas for the screening and targeted treatment of ovarian cancer.
