摘要：基于掌叶大黄根茎粗大,鲜药材含水量高,不宜干燥,产地加工耗时费力等问题,文章从产地初加工、炮制、加工与炮制一体化等三个方面分别进行论述,探讨掌叶大黄产地加工与炮制一体化工艺的可行性。经过查阅大量文献资料,结果显示,掌叶大黄一体化工艺顺应中药行业发展趋势,在省略了传统饮片生产工艺的浸润、"二次加工"工序的同时降低了生产成本,有效保证了饮片的质量与疗效,其产地加工与炮制一体化具有较强的可行性。
Based on the Rhizome rhizome of Palmate leaves,high moisture content of fresh herbs,unsuitable for drying,time-consuming and labor-intensive processing,etc.,this article discusses three aspects of raw processing,processing,processing and processing integration,and discusses the palm leaves.The feasibility of the integrated process of processing and processing of rhubarb origin.After consulting a large amount of literature and data,the results show that the integrated technology of palmetto leaves rhubarb complies with the development trend of the Chinese medicine industry,omitting the process of infiltration and'secondary processing'of traditional pieces,while reducing production costs and effectively ensuring the quality of the pieces.With the curative effect,it is highly feasible to integrate its processing of origin and processing.
