摘要:目的探讨国学素养对中医院校新生职业成熟度间的影响,为大学生职业发展提供相关建议。方法采用国学素养自评问卷、职业成熟度问卷以及积极情绪体验问卷对1164名中医院校新生进行问卷调查。结果国学素养与职业成熟度、积极情绪呈显著正相关(r>0.35,P<0.01);积极情绪在国学素养与中医院校新生职业成熟度之间起到部分中介作用,直接效应为0.357,95%CI=0.287~0.432,P=0.001,中介效应量为35.09%。结论国学素养的提升有助于中医院校新生职业成熟度的提高;国学素养的提升可以通过积极情绪的养成进而促进其职业成熟度提高。
Objective To explore the influence of Chinese sinology attainment on the professional maturity of freshmen in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,and to provide suggestions for their career development.Methods A total of 1164 freshmen from traditional Chinese medicine universities were investigated using a self-assessment questionnaire,the professional maturity questionnaire and the positive emotional experience questionnaire.Results There was a significant positive correlation between Chinese sinology attainment and professional maturity,and positive emotion(r>0.35,P<0.01);positive emotion played a partial mediating role between Chinese sinology attainment and professional maturity,direct effect was 0.357,95%CI=0.287-0.432,P=0.001,and the mediating effect was (35.09%).Conclusion Strengthening Chinese sinology learning is helpful in the improvement of the professional maturity of the freshmen in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,and can promote their professional maturity through the cultivation of positive emotions.
