摘要:目的研究四逆散冻干粉对动物睡眠的影响。方法取小鼠160只,按照体重随机分为3组:空白组、模型组和四逆散冻干粉组。灌胃药物12 g·kg^(-1),空白组给予等体积蒸馏水。每天1次,连续7 d,阈剂量戊巴比妥钠制备小鼠睡眠模型;用多导睡眠描记术(PSG)和电刺激诱导大鼠失眠,脑电图(EEG)分析,确定四逆散冻干粉对正常及失眠大鼠睡眠时相的影响。结果与空白组比较,四逆散干粉可明显延长小鼠的睡眠时间(P<0.01);能延长正常与失眠大鼠的总睡眠时间,在睡眠时相上主要表现为延长慢波睡眠第二期(SWS2)和快速眼球运动睡眠(REMS)。结论四逆散冻干粉能明显延长阈剂量戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠的睡眠时间。
Objective To study on the effects of freeze-dried powder of Si-Ni-San on sleep time. Methods One hundred and sixty mice were divided into three groups,namely the control group,model group and Si-Ni-San freeze-dried powder group. The mice in the Si-Ni-San group was received oral administration of 12 g ·kg of drugs,the control group received an equal volume of distilled water,one time each day for continuous 7 d. The effects of Si-Ni-San freeze-dried powder on the sleep phases of normal rats and insomnia model rats induced by polysomnography and electrical stimulation induced were analyzed by electroencephalography analysis. Results The Si-Ni-San freeze-dried power can significantly prolong the sleep time of insomnia mice induced by pentobarbital sodium. The slow-wave sleep 2( SWS2) and rapid-eye-movement sleep( REMS) were prolonged after the rats were orally administrated of freeze-dry powder of Si-Ni-San for seven days. Conclusion Freeze-dry powder of Si-Ni-San can significantly prolong pentobarbital of the threshold dose sodium-induced sleeping time in mice.
