摘要：目的探讨艾滋病男性患者主观幸福感与社会支持间的关系,为艾滋病患者的健康教育和心理干预提供依据。方法通过方便抽样,采用社会支持量表与主观幸福感量表分别施测于37例男性艾滋病患者。结果艾滋病男性患者主观幸福感为中等水平(17.22±3.29),社会支持水平(35.11±7.75)明显低于普通人(44.34±8.38),艾滋病男性患者主观幸福感与主观支持、客观支持及社会支持总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论艾滋病男性患者的社会支持水平较差,而且社会支持对主观幸福感有预测作用,护理人员应通过各种不同的措施,增加艾滋病男性患者的社会支持,从而提高其主观幸福感及生活质量。
Objective To explore the relationship between subjective well-being and social support among men with AIDS, and to provide evidence for health education and psychological intervention in AIDS patients. Methods By convenience sampling, the social support scale and subjective well being scale were used to measure 37 male AIDS patients. Results Male AIDS patients subjective happiness sense was of medium level （17.22±3.29） and social support level （35.11±7.75） was significantly lower than that of ordinary people （4.434±838）, the male AIDS patients subjective happiness sense scores were positively correlated （P〈0.05） and objective support, subjective support and social support. Conclusion AIDS in men with social support level is poor, and the social support of subjective happiness sense a prediction function, the nursing staff should be through various measures, increase in male patients with AIDS social support, so as to improve the subjective well-being and quality of life.
