摘要：《小儿药证直诀》丸剂方中调配方式主要以蜂蜜为主,其次为面糊;送服方式中米饮所占数量最多,其次是薄荷汤、温水;送服时间主要包括发时服、临卧服、食后服3种;丸剂剂量各有不同,主要依据小儿的年龄进行调整,其中最常用的剂量为5~20丸,具体还需根据病情的缓急、药效的强弱、药物的毒副作用进行变动;丸剂大小最常用如绿豆,其次如麻子,还有如粟米、桐子、小豆、芡实、黄米者。通过对《小儿药证直诀》中丸剂方的整理,总结钱乙在运用丸剂方时的经验、特点,可作为进一步研究该文献的基础。
The means of coordination and compatibility of pills prescription in Key to Therapeutics of Children’s Diseases are mainly honey,followed by paste.Among all the means of taking medicine,rice-water accounts for the most,followed by mint soup and warm water.The time of taking medicine mainly includes 3 kinds:taking when attacking,taking before sleeping and taking after meal.The dosage of the pills varies and is mainly adjusted according to the age of the children,among which the most commonly used dosage is 5-20 pills,which should be adjusted according to the acuteness and chronicity of the pathological conditions,high and low efficacy and the toxic and side effects of the medicine.The most commonly used pill size is about the size of seed of green gram,followed by seed of hemp fimble,millet seed,seed of phoenix tree,seed of adzuki bean,seed of gordon euryale and seed of foxtail millet.This paper summarizes QIAN Yi’s experience and characteristics in the use of pill prescriptions through sorting out the pill prescriptions in Key to Therapeutics of Children’s Diseases,which can be used as the basis for further study of this literature.
