摘要：动脉粥样硬化(AS)是一种慢性血管炎性疾病,其特征是持续的炎症反应、炎性囊泡的激活和细胞炎症损伤。AS发病机制复杂,近年来新出现的证据强调线粒体功能障碍在AS发病机制中的关键作用,中医药凭借其多靶点、多途径的优势在调控线粒体内环境稳态和防治AS方面受到广泛关注。中医药能够通过靶向调控线粒体氧化应激、动力学、自噬、生物合成、凋亡、钙稳态从而发挥防治AS的作用。基于此,该文综述线粒体质量控制系统与动脉粥样硬化之间的关系,以及中医药干预线粒体质量控制系统防治动脉粥样硬化作用机制,以期为中医药防治AS提供新思路,为中医药干预AS临床研究提供理论依据。
Atherosclerosis(AS)is a chronic vascular inflammatory disease characterized by persistent inflammatory responses,activation of inflammatory vesicles,and cellular inflammatory damage.The pathogenesis of AS is complex,and emerging evidence in recent years highlights the critical role of mitochondrial dysfunction in its development.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),with its advantages of multi-target and multi-pathway interventions,has garnered widespread attention for regulating mitochondrial homeostasis and preventing and treating AS.TCM can exert its preventive and therapeutic effects on AS by targeting the regulation of mitochondrial oxidative stress,dynamics,autophagy,biosynthesis,apoptosis,and calcium homeostasis.Based on this,this article reviews the relationship between mitochondrial quality control systems and atherosclerosis,as well as the mechanisms of TCM interventions targeting mitochondrial quality control systems for the prevention and treatment of AS.The aim is to provide new insights for TCM in preventing and treating AS and to offer a theoretical basis for clinical research on TCM interventions for AS.
