摘要:目的探讨基于“动物实验-模拟外科手术的大体老师解剖操作-观摩手术视频”的“三板块”教学模式在局部解剖学腹部教学中的效果。方法将2021级临床医学本科专业168名学生采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组。对照组80名采用传统教学法,试验组88名采用“三板块”教学法。教学结束后评价2组的调查问卷满意度、考核成绩等。结果试验组评价方式满意度、学习兴趣满意度、教学过程满意度及总满意度均明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组平均成绩为(73.41±6.53)分,试验组为(85.18±7.24)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“三板块”教学法能充分体现“以学生为中心”的教育教学理念,调动学生的学习积极性,培养团队的合作精神,激发学生学习兴趣,夯实解剖学基础,提高学生的动手能力、查阅文献能力及临床思维能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of the"three-module"teaching mothod based on"animal experiment-simulated surgical operation on silent mentors-observing the operation video"in abdominal regional anatomy teaching.Methods 168 undergraduate clinical medicine students in grade 2021 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using the random number table method.The control group(80 subjects)applied the traditional teaching approach,while the experimental group(88 subjects)employed the"three-module"teaching method.After the teaching,the questionnaire satisfaction and assessment results of the two groups were evaluated.Results Students'satisfaction with the evaluation method,learning interest,the teaching process,and total satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of the control group was(73.41±6.53)points,and that of the experimental group was(85.18±7.24)points,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"three-module"teaching method fully demonstrates the"student-centered"education and teaching concept,stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,cultivate team spirit,arouse students'learning interest,consolidate the anatomy foundation,enhance students'practical ability,literature review ability and clinical thinking ability.
