摘要:目的比较原产地与引种地卷丹多糖和水溶性浸出物的含量差异,为卷丹在甘肃的引种栽培提供科学依据。方法以水提醇沉法提取多糖,采用蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定多糖的含量。以2010年版《中国药典(一部)》的方法测定水溶性浸出物的含量。结果甘肃栽培卷丹的多糖含量较原产地高,而浸出物含量比原产地低。结论甘肃栽培卷丹中多糖含量较原产地差异显著,浸出物含量符合国家药典标准,可进一步引种试验。
Objective To compare the difference in the contents of polysaccharides and aqueous extract of Lilium lancifolium between original and introducing regions to provide the scientific basis for the introduction cultivation of Lilium lancifolium in Gansu. Methods The water extraction and ethanol precipitation method was adopted to extract polysaccharides. The anthrone sulphuric acid colorimetry method was used to determine the polysaccharides content. According to the method in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (edition 2010),the content of watersoluble extracts of Lilium lancifolium was detected. Results The polysaecharides content of Lilium lancifolium in the introducing region Gansu was higher than that in the original region, but the extract content was lower than that in the original region. Conclusion The polysaccharides content of Lilium lancifolium in Gansu is significantly different from that in the original region. The extract content conforms to the criteria of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, which indicating that the further introducing cultivation trial may be carried out.
