摘要：多发性抽动症(Tourette Syndrome,TS)是一种儿童期发病的神经发育障碍性疾病,表现为一种或多种不自主的、无规律的肢体抽动或者发声性抽动为主要临床表现的疾病,严重影响患儿的身心健康。本病病因病机尚不明确,自从多巴胺受体阻滞剂能有效抗抽动以来,中枢神经递质功能紊乱就被认为是主要的病机,但这些药物都有明显的副作用,并未完全解决临床问题。在临床治疗中,中药复方治疗疗效确切,具有不良反应小兼顾伴随症状。为探明TS的发病机制以及中药复方的治疗机制,中医药学者展开了大量深入的临床和动物实验,特别是从中药复方如何调控中枢神经递质释放的角度探讨抗抽动的机制进行深入了研究。本文总结近年来各课题组在研究TS的发病机制及中药抗抽动的作用机制,为进一步研究TS提供帮助与思路。
Tourette syndrome(TS)is a neuropathic developmental disorder in childhood.It is mainly manifested as one or more involuntary and irregular limb twitches or vocal twitches,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of children.The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are not clear.Since dopamine receptor blocker can effectively resist the twitch,central neurotransmitter dysfunction has been considered as its main pathogenesis,but these drugs have obvious side effects,so this clinical problem has not been completely solved.In clinical treatment,traditional Chinese medicine compound shows certain therapeutic effect,with fewer side effects and accompanying symptoms.In order to find out the pathogenesis of TS and the therapeutic mechanism of TCM compound,TCM scholars have carried out a large number of in-depth clinical and animal experiments,especially from the perspective how TCM compound regulates the release of central neurotransmitters to explore its anti-twitch mechanism.In this paper,we summarized the pathogenesis of TS and the anti convulsion mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,in order to further research on TS.
