摘要：心理卫生问题和心理疾病已经成为大学生易患的主要疾病之一。通过探讨引起大学生心理卫生问题和心理疾病的原因,大学生心理卫生和心理疾病的主要表现,以及进行大学生心理健康教育与心理辅导的内容、方法来研究提升高职院校大学生心理素质的策略,以供新形势下高职院校培养创新型高质量人才借鉴。
Mental health problems and physical and mental diseases have become the main diseases of college students. This paper discusses the causes of mental health problems and physical and mental diseases of college students, the main manifestations of mental health and physical and mental diseases of college students, as well as the contents and methods of mental health education and psychological guidance for college students. In addition, the paper studies the strategies to improve the psychological quality of college students in order to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative high-quality talents in the new situation.
