摘要：查阅近5年来艾灸治疗不孕症的相关临床研究文献,概述中医对不孕症的认识,艾灸治疗不孕症的机制,然后分别从温针灸、热敏灸、脐灸、普通艾灸、隔药灸、督灸、雷火灸、电子艾灸仪8个方面概述不孕症的治疗进展。认为艾灸治疗不孕症有一定的临床疗效,今后研究应规范选穴标准及灸量,增加单纯艾灸治疗不孕症的研究。
Referring to the relevant clinical research literature on the treatment of infertility by Moxibustion in the past five years,we first summarized the understanding of infertility in traditional Chinese medicine,followed by the mechanism of Moxibustion in the treatment of infertility,and then summarized the treatment progress of infertility from eight aspects:warm acupuncture,heat sensitive moxibustion,umbilical moxibustion,ordinary moxibustion,medicine separated moxibustion,Du moxibustion,thunder fire moxibustion and electronic moxibustion instrument.It is believed that moxibustion has a certain clinical effect in the treatment of infertility.In the future,the standard of acupoint selection and the amount of moxibustion should be standardized,and the study of simple moxibustion in the treatment of infertility should be increased.
