摘要：目的:探讨黄药子软膏Ⅰ、黄药子软膏Ⅱ对银屑病模型豚鼠的治疗效果。方法:将36只豚鼠随机分为6组,用10%心得安软膏外涂复制银屑病豚鼠模型,以黄药子软膏Ⅰ、Ⅱ,雷红软膏外涂治疗,两周后,观察豚鼠耳部银屑病样病理改变及炎症细胞浸润情况,根据Baker评分和炎症细胞浸润数目,然后进行统计分析。结果:黄药子软膏Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与模型组组间的组织学积分、炎症细胞浸润数比较有差异显著性(P﹤0.05),说明黄药子软膏组、雷红软膏组均有治疗效果,同时也说明黄药子软膏对豚鼠耳部的银屑病样病理改变和炎症具有抑制作用。结论:黄药子软膏外用对银屑病模型豚鼠有较好的治疗作用。
Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Huangyaozi ointment Ⅰ,Ⅱ in the treatment of psoriasis-like model of animals.Methods： 36 patients were stochastically divided into six groups.10% propranolol ointment was applied on Guinea pigs＇ears three times per day for three weeks to establish a psoriasis-like model of Guinea pig.Huangyaozi ointment and Lei Hong ointment were applied on the affected ears three times per day for two weeks.The pathological changes and the amount of inflammatory cells were investigated under light microscope.Then the software SPSS11.0 was applied for statistics.Results： A significant difference（P 0.05） of the improvement of Baker score and inflammatory cellular infiltration were observed between Guinea pig models treated with Huangyaozi ointment.Huangyaozi ointment group has equal therapeutic effect with Leigongteng ointment.Simultaneously.Huangyaozi ointment has inhibit function to Path-ological changes and inflammation on Guinea pigs＇ ears of psoriasislike animal models.Conclusion： Huangyaozi ointment is effective medicine for external application for the treatment of psoriasis-like animal models.
