摘要:目的探讨当归、黄芪注射液对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(chorioallantoic membrane,CAM)血管生成的影响。方法种蛋在37.8℃孵育7d后制备CAM模型,当归、黄芪注射液及其不同配比滴加于CAM表面的载体上,继续孵育3d,观察鸡胚存活状况,然后制备鸡胚CAM标本,解剖显微镜下计数新生毛细血管数目。结果当归、黄芪注射液及其不同配比均具有促进鸡胚CAM血管生成作用,与生理盐水对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),除当归与黄芪1∶5,其他各组药效低于表皮生长因子(EGF)(P<0.05)。结论当归注射液、黄芪注射液及其不同配比具有显著促进鸡胚CAM血管生成作用,其可能的机制是血管内皮细胞的增殖与迁移。
Objective To investigate the influence of Danggui Injection and Huangqi Injection on the angiogenesis of chick chorioallantois. Methods The chick chorioallantois model was established by incubating fertilized eggs at 37.8℃ for 7 days, Danggui Injection and Huangqi Injection with various ratios days. were dropped on the carrier of chorioallantois and then the eggs were continuously incubated for 3 The survival status of chick was observed and the chick chorioallantois sample was prepared, and then the number of new capillaries was counted by using anatomic microscope. Results Injection and Huangqi Injection with various ratios all promoted the angiogenesis of chick chorioallantois with a significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ) compared with normal saline solution. Except of ratio of 1 to 5 between Danggui Injection and Huangqi Injection, other ratios had lower efficacies than epidermal growth factors ( EGF,P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Danggui Injection and Huangqi Injection with various ratios have a significant promoting effect on the angiogenesis of chick chorioallantois. The mechanism may be related to the proliferation and migration of vascular endothelial cells.
