摘要：目的:探讨结直肠癌虑者肿瘤组织p21WAF1、p21H-ras表达与中医虚实辨证的相关性。方法:将45例结直肠癌患者按照中医辨证标准分为虚证组,实证组,虚实夹杂证3组,应用免疫组化方法检测结直肠癌组织蛋白p21WAF1、p21H-ras表达、比较组之间的差异。结果:结直肠癌虚证组p21WAF1阳性表达承平显著低于实证及虚实夹杂证组(P=0.025),差别有统计学意义;p21H-ras阳性表达水平在虚证,实证及虚实夹杂证组三组内差异无显著性(P=0.800)。结论:p21WAF1阳性表达与结直肠癌中医病证虚实有关,p21WAF1表达低可能是结直肠癌虚证辨证分型的客观物质基础之一。
Objective：To study the relationship between the Deficiency and Excess Syndrome and expression of p21 WAF1, p21 H-ras in patients with colorectal Cancer. Methods：We classified eotorectal carcinoma patients into three groups according to TCM classification of syndrome criteria. Specimens taken after operation were analyzed for p21WAF1 ,p21H-ras gene protein expression by immunohistochemical assay. Then the syndrome and the expression of p21 WAF1, p21 H-ras were analyzed. Resnhs：The expression positive rate of p21 WAFI in group insufficiency syndrome were lower than that in group insufficiency and excess syndrome and excess syndrome, the difference had statistical significance （ P = 0. 025）. But p21 H-ras gene protein expression in colorectal cancer patients hasn＇t statistical difference among the there groups, there was no significant difference among them（ P = 0. 80 ）. Conclusions：The positive expression of p21WAF1 deficiency associated with insufficiency syndrome,p21WAF1 expression may he one of the objective material basis of the Deficiency Syndromes in colorectal cancer.
