摘要：款冬花为我国传统大宗药材,主要含有倍半萜和三萜类、黄酮类、有机酸类、生物碱类、挥发油等成分。其药理研究主要集中于镇咳祛痰、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、神经保护等方面。通过梳理总结近年来国内外款冬花化学成分及药理作用研究,结合质量标志物理论,基于传统药性药效、成分可测性及加工炮制等方面进行质量标志物预测分析,推测款冬酮、甲基丁酰款冬素酯、款冬二醇、款冬花多糖、绿原酸、咖啡酰奎宁酸、克氏千里光碱、千里光宁为其质量标志物,为规范款冬花质量评价体系提供参考依据,同时也有利于加强对款冬花及其相关产品的质量监管。
Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)is a common Chinese medicine in China and it mainly contains sesquiterpenes and triterpenes,flavonoids,organic acids,alkaloids,volatile oils and other components.Its pharmacological research mainly focuses on antitussive and expectorant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antioxidant,neuroprotective and other aspects.This paper summarized the research on chemical components and pharmacological effects of Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)at home and abroad in recent years,combined with the theory of quality marker(Q-marker),and conducted Q-marker prediction analysis based on traditional medicinal efficacy,component measurability and processing.It is speculated that tussilagone,methylbutyryl aspartate,faradiol,Tussilago fargesii polysaccharide,chlorogenic acid,caffeoylquinic acid,senkirkine and senecionine are the Q-markers,which are standard Farfarae Flos.The quality evaluation system provides a reference and is also conducive to strengthening the quality supervision of Kuandonghua(Farfarae Flos)and its related products.
