摘要:原发性骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是临床常见的慢性病、难治病、多发病、老年病。中医药防治慢性骨关节疾病有其独特的优势,但如何挖掘有效的经典指导理论,并结合科学的药效学机制加以阐释,是发挥中医药诊疗优势的关键。RANK/RANKL/OPG信号轴与原发性OP(骨痹)的"脾肾两虚-因虚生痰-痰虚致瘀-由瘀致痹"病机密切相关,基于"虚、痰、瘀"论治该病的分子学效应可通过该信号转导途径的分子生物学信息表达,可以说该信号轴是中西医交汇的"桥梁"。基于此,本文就原发性OP的中医"虚、痰、瘀"理论防治与RANK/RANKL/OPG信号轴的相关性,探讨该病的理法方药结合该通路对骨质疏松的调控机制,旨在用客观的分子学依据阐释中医药防治原发性OP的机制。
Primary osteoporosis is a common chronic disease, refractory disease, frequently-occurring disease, geriatric disease. Preventions and treatments of chronic bone and joint disease by Chinese medicine have their unique advan-tages, but how to tap the classical guiding theory, and combined with scientific pharmacodynamics is the key of the advan-tages of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment. RANK/RANKL/OPG signaling pathway is closely associated with "deficiency of spleen and kidney-phlegm caused by weakness-blood stasis caused by phlegm deficiency-paralysis caused by stasis"—the mechanism of primary osteoporosis. And the treatment based on this theory can be explained by RANK/RANKL/OPG signaling pathway. So, this signal pathway is the "bridge" of Chinese and western medicine. This paper sum-marizes the relevance between the theory of "deficiency, sputum and stasis" in the treatment of primary osteoporosis and molecular biology mechanism of OPG/RANK/RANKL signal regulation mechanism. It aims at providing evidence of molecu-lar biology for the prevention and treatment of primary osteoporosis with Traditional Chinese medicine.
