摘要:对陇药黄芪多糖运用物理、化学、生物等方法进行提取、纯化,同时对陇药黄芪多糖主链或侧链的某些特殊结构或功能基团进行修饰,使多糖的某些物理化学性质和空间结构发生改变,以增强其生物活性.利用计算机仿真及数学模型建立其修饰模型及可调参数,最后通过实验验证其性能,达到对中药多糖的物化性质和空间结构的一定改变,增强多糖的免疫调节、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等药理活性.
Astragalus polysaccharides are extracted,purificated by using the method of physics,chemistry and biology,and decorated for astragalus polysaccharides main chain or side chain of some special structure or functional groups in Long medicine. It makes certain physical and chemical properties of polysaccharides and the spatial structure change,and enhance its biological activity. It is established for the modified model and adjustable parameters using computer simulation and mathematical model. We verify its performance,change the physicochemical properties and spatial structure of Chinese medicine polysaccharide,and enhance immunity,antivirus,antitumor,antioxidant and other pharmacological activities of polysaccharides.
