摘要:目的优选安乳颗粒中挥发油的提取及其β-环糊精的包合工艺。方法以提油量为指标,对影响挥发油提取的因素(加水量、提取时间)进行考察;以挥发油β-环糊精的包结率为考察指标,应用L9(34)正交实验法优选挥发油β-环糊精的包合工艺。结果挥发油的最佳提取工艺为加水8倍量,蒸馏6 h。影响挥发油包结因素大小依次为A>C>B,最佳工艺条件为:A2B3C2,即油∶β-CD配比为1∶6,恒温40℃搅拌包结1.5 h。结论该优选制备工艺合理,挥发油提出率和包结率高,适用于工业化生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction procedure of volatile oil and preparation technique of β-CD inclusion complex of volatile oil in Anru granule.Methods The extraction volume of volatile oil was used as index,the influence factors(water volume and extraction time)on the yield of essential oil were studied.The inclusion ratio of β-CD inclusion complex of volatile oil was used as index,the optimum preparation conditions of β-CD inclusion complex by the orthogonal test of L9(3^4).Results The optimal extraction procedure was that adding 8 times water and distillation 6h.The effects of inclusion were in the order of A 〉C 〉B(A: volatile oil to β-CD ratio B: the inclusion temperature C: the inclusion time),the optimal preparation conditions were A2B3C2,i.e.volatile oil to β-CD=1∶6,the inclusion temperature at 40℃,the inclusion time of 1.5h.Conclusion The optimum preparation procedure is reliable.The extraction volume of volatile oil and the inclusion ratio of β-CD inclusion complex of volatile oil are high.It can be applied to industrialized production.
