摘要：本文对贮藏期影响党参药材品质的主导因素(贮藏方式、温度、含水量等)研究进行综述,总结目前在此研究领域存在的问题,并探讨下一步研究方向,为进一步研究并优化党参药材最佳贮藏方式、贮藏条件及贮藏时间提供参考。
The main factors(storage mode, temperature, water content, etc.) affecting the quality of Codonopsis pilosula during storage were summarized, the existing problems were summarized and the next research direction was discussed. It provides a reference for further study and optimize the best storage mode, storage conditions and storage time of Codonopsis pilosula.
