摘要:对探索构建"医教协同育人机制与人才培养体系"开展研究与改革。不断更新教育理念,开展校院联合,协同发展;注重发挥名老中医药专家在人才培养中的作用,建立中医药师承教育体系;开展以"注重临床、重视实践,加强技能、培养能力"为主导两段式教学。对基于住院医师规范化培训的医学本科人才培养模式改革进行研究;加强临床教学基地建设,建立医教协同育人机制研究,将专业基础知识学习与临床实践有机结合起来,达到教学与实践的统一,强化理论知识的临床应用和临床能力及职业素养的培养。
This paper carried out research and reform on constructing medicine-education coordination mechanismand talent training mode. It is suggested to conduct university-hospital cooperation, give full play to roles of theprestigious TCM experts in the process of talent training, set up the master- disciple educational system, andconduct a two-stage teaching of emphasizing clinical practice and stressing ability and skill training. Further studywas done to medical professional training mode on the basis of standardization training of resident doctors. Thewriters hold that clinical teaching base should be built, and that fundamental theoretical knowledge learning shouldbe combined with clinical practice to achieve integrity of teaching and practice, and application of theory to practiceand cultivation of clinical ability and professional quality.
