摘要:目的建立纹党不同器官的转录组数据库,揭示其次级代谢物生物合成的遗传信息,为高品质纹党的育种提供理论依据。方法采用转录组测序技术分析纹党不同器官,筛选差异表达基因,并进行功能富集分析,挖掘参与代谢物生物合成的基因。结果差异表达基因主要参与纹党各种次生代谢物的生物合成过程,同时挖掘了参与黄酮、生物碱、氨基酸、萜类化合物生物合成的调控基因。结论文中研究解析了纹党不同器官的转录谱,为研究纹党药效成分的生物合成及高品质育种奠定了理论基础。
OBJECTIVE To establish a transcriptome database of different organs of Codonopsis pilosula,and to elucidate the genetic information of its secondary metabolite biosynthesis,thereby providing a theoretical basis for the breeding of high-quality C.pilosula.METHODS Different organs of C.pilosula were analyzed by transcriptome sequencing technology to screen differentially expressed genes,and functional enrichment analysis was performed to explore the genes involved in metabolite biosynthesis.RESULTS The differentially expressed genes were mainly involved in the biosynthesis of various secondary metabolites in C.pilosula,and the regulatory genes involved in the biosynthesis of flavonoids,alkaloids,amino acids and terpenoids were identified.CONCLUSION This study analyze the transcriptional profiles of different organs of C.pilosula,which lay a theoretical foundation for the study of the pharmacologically active component biosynthesis and the breeding of C.pilosula with high quality.
