摘要：党参药性平和,为药食两用补益类药,具有健脾益肺、养血生津功效,米炒后气变清香,和胃、健脾止泻作用增强,常用于脾胃虚弱、食少便溏等。本文梳理近年来国内外文献,对党参米炒炮制历史沿革、米炒前后成分及功效变化、药理作用进行综述,为进一步规范炮制工艺、揭示炮制原理、制订质量标准及保障临床用药安全提供依据。
Because of its mild properties,Codonopsis Radix is the most commonly used tonifying medicine for both food and medicine in TCM.Codonopsis Radix has the efficacy of invigorating the spleen and lung,nourishing blood and promoting fluid.The fragrance after stir-baking with rice and the efficacy of invigorating the stomach and spleen to stop diarrhea are strengthened.As a result,it is often used for weakness of the spleen and stomach,bad appetite and loose stools.By consulting the literature at home and abroad in recent years,the historical evolution of stir-baking with rice of Codonopsis Radix,the changes of composition and efficacy before and after stir-baking with rice,and the pharmacological effects were reviewed,in order to further standardize processing technology,reveal processing principles,formulate quality standards and provide basis for clinical drug safety.
