摘要:目的 采用Box-Behnken响应面法优选黄芪凝胶产品的制备工艺。方法 采用单因素试验及正交试验优选黄芪水提液的最佳工艺,以感官评分为评价指标,以木糖醇添加量、原料B浸泡时间、黄芪与中药A配比、柠檬酸、果胶添加量为考察因素进行单因素试验,用Box-Behnken响应面法优选黄芪凝胶产品的制备工艺。结果 黄芪提取条件:料液比1∶10、时间2 h、次数3次。凝胶产品制备工艺:木糖醇的添加量20%,原料B浸泡时间2.5 h,黄芪与中药A的比例2∶1,柠檬酸添加量0.20%,果胶添加量2.50%;凝胶产品中水分的含量为72.71%,黄酮的含量为0.81%。结论 研究所优选出的黄芪提取工艺,提取效率高,所制备的黄芪凝胶产品颜色鲜红,酸甜适中,工艺简便易行具有一定的开发应用前景。
Objective Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the preparation process of Huangqi(Astra-gali Radix)gel products.s Methods Single factor test and orthogonal test were used to optimize the optimal process of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)extract.Sensory score was used as the evaluation index,and the single factor test was carried out with the ad-dition amount of xylitol,soaking time of raw material B,ratio of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and traditional Chinese medicine A,addition amount of citric acid and pectin as investigation factors.The Box-Behnken response surface method was used to opti-mize the preparation process of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)gel products.s Results Extraction conditions of Huangqi(Astragali Ra-dix)were as follows:solid-liquid ratio 1∶10,extraction time 2 h,3 times.The preparation process of gel products:xylitol con-tent was 20%,raw material B was soaked for 2.5 h,the ratio of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)and traditional Chinese medicine A was 2∶1,the citric acid content was 0.20%and the pectin content was 2.50%.The water content of the gel product was 72.71%,and the flavonoid content was 0.81%.n Conclusion The optimized extraction process of Huangqi(Astragali Radix)in this study has high extraction efficiency,and the prepared Huangqi(Astragali Radix)gel products have bright red color,moderate sour and sweet,simple and feasible process and have certain development and application prospects.
