摘要:目的 优化益气活血通便颗粒的成型工艺。方法 在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇体积分数、辅料配比(糊精∶可溶性淀粉)、辅料与浸膏用量比例为考察对象,以吸湿率、成型率、溶化时间、休止角作为考察指标,运用星点设计-响应面法结合CRITIC法计算综合评分,优选益气活血通便颗粒的成型工艺。结果 益气活血通便颗粒最优成型工艺为:乙醇体积分数50.74%、辅料配比(糊精∶可溶性淀粉=5.21∶1)、辅料与浸膏用量比例(辅料∶浸膏=3.07∶1),综合评分为77.56。结论 本法所建模型预测准确,且重复性较好,所制颗粒质量稳定可靠,可为益气活血通便颗粒生产制备提供参考。
Objective To optimize the molding process of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbian granules. Methods On the basis of the one-factor experiment, the ethanol volume fraction, excipient ratio(dextrin: soluble starch) and the ratio of excipients and extract dosage of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbian granules were measured.The moisture absorption rate, molding rate, dissolution time, and rest angle were used as the indicators.The comprehensive score was calculated by combining the star-response surface method with the CRITIC method to optimize the molding process of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbian granules. Results The optimal molding process of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbian granules was as follows: ethanol volume fraction 50.74%, excipient ratio(dextrin ∶ soluble starch = 5.21∶1), excipient and extract dosage ratio(excipient ∶ extract = 3.07∶1), and the comprehensive score was 77.56. Conclusion The method has accurate prediction, good reproducibility. The particles are stable and reliable, which can provide a reference for the production and preparation of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbian granules.
