摘要:本文基于原发性肾病综合征的中西医临床病症特点,参照临床诊断标准,对现有的肾病综合征动物模型进行探讨,并对动物模型与临床症状的吻合度进行评价,发现已有动物模型均以明显蛋白尿、血清蛋白降低、高血脂或肾功能异常、肾组织病理改变等为主要标准,与初步临床诊断和病理组织学检查结果诊断标准基本相符。且现有病证结合动物模型中医证候的模拟因素大致符合临床证候的发病因素,能较好模拟病证结合动物模型的中医证候,但存在“病”“证”分离及证候类型过少等问题。因此希望未来聚焦完善病证结合动物模型,继续为原发性肾病综合征机制探索和新药评价添砖加瓦。
Based on characteristics of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and clinical diagnostic criteria of primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS),the available animal models were discussed,and the anastomosis between them was evaluated in this research.It was found that the animal models mainly had obvious albuminuria,hypoproteinemia,hyperlipidemia or abnormal renal function,and changes in renal histopathological,which were basically consistence in criteria of preliminary clinical diagnosis and histopathological examination.In addition,the simulating factors of combined animal models is roughly in line with pathogenic factors of clinical syndromes,which can better simulate combined models.However,there exists problems such as separation of"disease"and"syndrome",and few types of combined models.Therefore,it's hoped that we will focus on making more combined animal models to meet criteria,then continue to make contribution for the exploration of mechanism and evaluation of new medicine of PNS in future.
