摘要：在对甘肃、广西、江苏、河北和江西等省(自治区)实施城市卫生机构支援乡镇卫生院工程调查研究的基础上,探讨了城市卫生支援乡镇卫生院经常化和规范化的制度体系,并在比较政策设计与实际运行情况的基础上,提出了实施城市卫生机构支援乡镇卫生院工程的政策建议。
The present paper makes investigations on pilots in Gansu, Guangxi, Jiangsu, Hebei and Jiangxi aiming to explore regular and standard practices of city health organizations helping township public health centers. As such, the paper offers some policy recommendations after comparing and verifying the policy designs and actual situations in the provinces.
