摘要：目的分析耐多药病人耐药状况,为治愈耐多药结核病提供依据。方法选用改良罗氏培养基,采用药敏比例法测定耐多药结核菌对异烟肼(INH),利福平(RFP),乙胺丁醇(EMB),链霉素(SM),氧氟沙星(OFLX),卡那霉素(KM),阿米卡星(AMK),卷曲霉素(CPM)等8种抗结核药物的敏感性,归纳耐药谱。结果 36例耐多药结核分枝杆菌对OFLX、KM、AMK和CPM的敏感率依次为:50%、97.2%、97.2%和94.4%。结论本地区耐多药结核菌对OFLX敏感率较低,对其他3种二线注射剂还处于低水平耐药状态,但已出现广泛耐药结核杆菌菌株,应予重视。
Objective To understand the susceptibility of multi-drug resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis to anti-TB drugs for clinical treatment. Methods The susceptibility to INH, RFP, EMB, SM, KM, AMK, CPM and OFLX for multi-drug resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis was measured by the reformed L-J culture media and proportional method. Results The susceptibility of 36 strains showed OFLX was 50%, and with 97.2% of AM, 97.2% of AMK, 94.4% of CPM, respectively. Conclusion The susceptibility rate of multi-drug resistant myeobacterium tuberculosis retains a low level against OFLX, and at lower drug resistant levels against KM, AMK, CPM in our area.However, extensively drug-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis strains should be noticed in clinical treatment.
