摘要:目的:通过对比膝骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)膝关节髌下脂肪垫治疗前后CT图像的变化,探讨中医药治疗KOA的疗效。方法:将130例KOA患者随机分为2组,治疗组65例给予健步通络熏蒸液熏洗,30min/d,10d为1个疗程,共3个疗程;对照组65例每6d关节内注射玻璃酸钠30mg,共5次;2组皆治疗30d。治疗前后均行膝关节CT扫描,观察治疗前后髌下脂肪垫的变化。结果:治疗组经治疗后髌下脂肪垫的前后径、内外径、上下径均有缩小,密度均有降低,优于对照组;治疗组总有效率(83.08%)优于对照组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对比膝关节髌下脂肪垫CT图像的变化是评价中医药治疗KOA疗效的有效方法。
Objective:The study is observed to clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine on knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and to designe the correlation between before and after treatment of CT scanning in infrapatellar fat pad of knee joint.Methods:The 130 cases of patients with KOA were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was received intra-articular in jection of Sodium Hyaluronate 30 mg for 5 times.Treatment group was fumigated Swift Tongluo fumigation liquid with 65 cases,once a day,each 30 min,10 times as a course of treatment.All groups continued 30 days.All patients had knee CT scanbefore and after treatment to observe the changes of infrapatellar fat pad.Results:There were significant changes of infrapatellar fat pad in the size and density observed by CT in Treatment group.Treatment group was 83.08%;the control group was 76.92 % ;it was significant difference statistically (P〈0.05).Conclusion:It can provide an objective basis for the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treating osteoarthritis of the knee through changes of size and density in infrapatellar fat pad observed CT.
