摘要：目的观察复方薄荷漱口液在肝硬化失代偿期患者口腔护理中的作用。方法将80例肝硬化失代偿期合并口腔疾患的患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采用棉球蘸取复方薄荷漱口液擦拭溃疡面,对照组采用生理盐水棉球常规护理,2组均以10 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组口臭,口腔溃疡,牙龈红肿、出血的改善情况及退苔率。结果观察组口臭,口腔溃疡,牙龈红肿、出血总有效率及退苔率分别为82.5%,87.5%,97.5%,82.5%,对照组分别为60.0%,57.5%,75.0%,55.0%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论复方薄荷漱口液在治疗肝硬化失代偿期患者口臭,口腔溃疡,牙龈红肿、出血,以及退苔方面疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effects of compound mint gargle on oral nursing of patients with decompensated cirrhosis.Methods Eighty cases of patients with decompensated cirrhosis complicated by oral diseases were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each.In the observation group,cotton ball was used to dip in compound mint gargle and wipe the ulcer surface.In the control group,cotton ball of normal saline was used as routine nursing.Ten days constituted a course of treatment for both groups.After 1 course of treatment,the halitosis,oral ulcer,red and swollen gums,the improvement of hemorrhage and recession rate of tongue coating of the 2 groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the halitosis rate,oral ulcer rate,red and swollen gums as well as the total effective rate of hemorrhage and recession rate of tongue coating were 82.5%,87.5%,97.5%and 82.5%,respectively,those in the control group were 60.0%,57.5%,75.0%and 55.0%,respectively.And the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion It has marked curative effects to use compound mint gargle in the treatment of patients with decompensated cirrhosis together with halitosis,oral ulcer,red and swollen gums as well as hemorrhage and recession of tongue coating,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
