摘要：目的:探讨扩张自锁性髓内钉置入治疗简单闭合性骨折的临床可行性和疗效。方法:对65例进行闭合复位髓内钉固定技术治疗的胫骨干闭合骨折患者,依患者意愿随机分为行髓内扩张自锁内钉固定置入术的实验组和行髓内扩张交锁内钉固定置入术的对照组,且研究组患者同时应用红药油砂以及中医正骨手法进行辅助治疗。结果:在手术时间、书中出血量和透视次数上,实验组明显优于对照组,而在下床时间和骨折部位愈合时间上,实验组明显优于对照组。结论:扩张自锁髓内钉技术在治疗以胫骨干骨折为代表的闭合性骨折上疗效确切,而辅助应用中草药红药油砂进行恢复治疗具有较为明显的效果。
Objective： To investigate clinical feasibility and efficacy of treating simple closed fracture by expansion of self-locking intramedullary nail implantation Methods： 65 patients with closed fractures of tibial shaft that treated by expansion of self-locking intramedullary nail implantation were randomly divided into line intramedullary expand the implantation in the experimental group and the line intramedullary nail within the self-locking expansion of pay in the lock the nailing implantation in the control group and study group patients were given red medicated oil sand of orthopaedics and traumatology practices at the same time. Results： The number of operation time, the book amount of bleeding and perspective of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, but the time of get out of bed and the fracture site healing of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The effect of expansion of self-locking intramedullary nail implantation on treating closed fracture that Tibial shaft fractures as the represent was exact, the application of red Chinese herbal medicine oil sands recived obvious effect.
