摘要:基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶抑制物1(TIMP-1)作用于呼吸道的细胞外基质和基底膜,是调节细胞外基质降解合成的主要酶类。目前普遍认为,MMP-9/TIMP-1比值失衡在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的发生、发展中起重要作用。抑制MMP-9的过度表达、调节MMP-9/TIMP-1平衡可为指导临床研究COPD的发病机制和防治提供新方向。
Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1 (TIMP-1) operate on respiratory tract of extracellular matrix and basement membrane are the main enzymes which regulate extracellular matrix degradation. And both of them are the main enzymes which regulate extracellular matrix degradation. Inhibition of MMP-9 over expression and to adjust unbalanced MMP-9/TIMP-1 may be direction of prevention and treatment of COPD in the future.
