摘要：中药饮片处方点评作为提升临床合理用药水平的重要手段,其系统化、规范化建设亟待加强。本文通过系统梳理中药饮片处方点评相关文献,深入分析当前工作存在的主要问题,探讨科学合理的处方点评模式构建路径。研究发现,尽管中药饮片处方点评工作已在国内医疗机构逐步开展,但多数机构仍处于探索阶段,普遍存在点评标准不统一、操作流程不规范、评价指标不完善等问题。这些问题的存在直接影响了处方点评工作的质量和效果,也制约了中药饮片临床合理用药水平的提升。基于现状分析,研究提出应当从制度建设、标准制定、流程优化3个维度协同推进:首先,需要建立完善的中药饮片处方点评制度体系,明确各部门职责分工;其次,应制订统一的点评标准和技术规范,包括处方适宜性评价指标、不合理处方判定标准等;最后,要优化点评工作流程,建立“处方筛查-专业点评-结果反馈-持续改进”的闭环管理模式。研究建议,未来可通过开展多中心协作研究、加强临床药师培养、建立信息化点评平台等措施进一步完善中药饮片处方点评制度和点评模式,为探索科学合理的中药处方点评方法提供参考性依据。
As an important means to enhance the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in clinical practice,the systematic and standardized construction of traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece prescription review is in urgent need of improvement.This paper systematically reviews the relevant literature on traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece prescription review,deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the current work,and explores the construction path of a scientific and reasonable prescription review model.The research finds that although the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece prescription review work has been gradually carried out in domestic medical institutions,most institutions are still in the exploration stage,and there are common problems such as inconsistent review standards,non-standard operation processes,and incomplete evaluation indicators.These problems directly affect the quality and effect of the prescription review work and also restrict the improvement of the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in clinical practice.Based on the current situation analysis,the research suggests that it should be promoted from three dimensions:system construction,standard formulation,and process optimization.Firstly,a complete traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece prescription review system should be established,and the responsibilities of each department should be clearly defined.Secondly,unified review standards and technical norms should be formulated,including the evaluation indicators of prescription appropriateness and the criteria for determining unreasonable prescriptions.Finally,the review work process should be optimized,and a closed-loop management model of"prescription screening-professional review-result feedback-continuous improvement"should be established.The research suggests that in the future,measures such as conducting multi-center collaborative research,strengthening the training of clinical pharmacists,and establishing an information-based review platform can be taken to further improve the traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece prescription review system and review model,providing a reference basis for exploring scientific and reasonable traditional Chinese medicine prescription review methods.
