摘要：地方专科院校要以服务地方社会经济发展为目标,确立创新人才培养研究、学校发展研究和区域经济社会研究的基本科研定位,坚持教学与科研协调发展原则,形成科研工作的特色和优势。为此,加强科研管理创新,加大科研推动,建设学术型师资队伍,创造科研工作条件,营造学术氛围,调动教师科研工作的积极性和创造性,建立科研发展的良性机制,是科研管理的核心任务,也是全面实现科研发展目标的有效途径。
University must perform the function of doing scientific research. The newly established local colleges for professional training must take serving the local economy as their objective, persis in educating people of talents and doing scientific research to help with the development of the local economy, and gradually form their own characters and advantages in scientific research. The focuses of scientific research management are strenthening the managing innovation, forming academic atmosphere in colleges, and bringing the teachers＇s enthusiasm in scientific research into play.
