摘要：本文分析目前中医学专业研究生培养现状,认为传承能力是中医学自身人才培养规律要求、职业(岗位)胜任能力要求、创新发展的前提;提出以传承能力为导向的构建研究生培养模式,即以传统文化为基础、以中医经典为核心,以名老中医经验为要素,以中医文献对比阅读为途径提高中医学专业研究生培养质量。
This paper analyzes the current cultivate situation of postgraduates majoring in Chinese medicine,holds that inheritance ability accord with the requirements of the cultivation regularity itself,the professional(post)competence also the premise of innovation and development of Chinese medicine,moreover,put forward a series of proposals to construct the cultivation mode for postgraduates guided by inheritance ability,consist of taking the traditional culture as foundation,the classics of Chinese medicine as the core,the experiences of famous veteran doctors as the essentials and the comparative reading of traditional Chinese medicine literature as the approach to improve the cultivation quality of postgraduates majoring in Chinese medicine.
