摘要:目的:研究香椿子中总黄酮体外抑菌效果,与西药盐酸左氧氟沙星的体外抑菌作用进行对比,为今后临床用药提供实验依据。方法:对香椿子中总黄酮提取工艺优化,即95%乙醇提取,醇滤液浓缩,再经过正丁醇、乙醚进行萃取,浓缩得总黄酮。用药敏片法进行体外抑菌实验,明确抑菌效果。实验方法简便、易操作、重现性良好。结果:不同浓度香椿子总黄酮对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用;而不同浓度的盐酸左氧氟沙星对大肠杆菌有抑制作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌无抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the antibacterial activity of total flavonoids from Fructus Toonae Sinensis in vitro by using Levofloxacin Hydroehloride as control. Methods: To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids. Firstly, ethanol(95%) was used to extract and then the filtrate was concentrated. Afterwards, the concentrated filtrate was extracted with n-buty alcohol and aether. At last, total flavonoids were obtained. Drug sensitivity test was conducted and obtained the antibacterial range. The methods we used in this study were simple and showed good reproducibility. Results: Different concentrations of the total flavonoids from Fructus Toonae Sinensis could all inhibit the proliferation of E.coli and S.aureus, while under the same conditions,levofloxacine hydroehloride could only inhibit the proliferation of E.coli.
