摘要：甘松为败酱科植物甘松NardostachysjatamansiDC.的干燥根及根茎,为国家二级保护藏药。近年国内外学者对甘松进行了大量研究。本文对甘松的化学成分、药理作用进行系统整理,并基于中药质量标志物概念,从成分特有性、传统功效、药性、现代药效、不同产地成分、化学成分可测性、网络药理学7个方面对甘松的质量标志物进行预测,为甘松质量评价研究提供依据。
Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma is the dry root and rhizome of Nardostachys jatamansi DC.,a plant of Valerianaceae,and is a national second-class protected Tibetan medicine.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a lot of research on Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma.This article systematically organized the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma,and based on the concept of Q-marker,from the 7 aspects of specificity of components,traditional efficacy,medicinal properties,modern medicinal effects,components from different origins,the measurability of chemical constituents,and network pharmacology to predict the quality markers of Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma,in order to provide a basis for the quality evaluation of Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma.
