摘要:目的研究基于课程思政的Simman模拟人在临床技能教学中的应用效果。方法对60名临床医学专业本科生进行基于课程思政的心肺复苏操作培训,通过专业技能问卷和课程思政问卷调查分析基于课程思政的Simman模拟人在心肺复苏技能教学中的应用效果。结果 90.0%以上的学生认为Simman模拟人能充分调动学生的学习积极性,情景模拟真实,可重复性强;95.0%的学生认为Simman模拟人能够全面考核学生的临床思维;91.7%的学生认为Simman模拟人能够进一步巩固和提高学生的理论知识;60名学生均认为在临床技能教学中融入课程思政能够更深刻地理解"四个意识""四个自信""两个维护"的内涵,并与专业实际密切结合,学习体会更加深刻。培训后,学生的专业技能理论笔试成绩及实践考核成绩均明显提升,与培训前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于课程思政的Simman模拟人临床技能教学相比传统教学手段更能激发学生的学习能动性,能更好地发挥模拟教学的优势,使学生能够对专业及后期的职业规划产生敬业意识,养成良好的职业素养。
Objective To explore the application effect of Simman patient simulators in clinical skill teaching based on curriculum ideological and political education. Methods Sixty undergraduate students major in clinical medicine received cardiopulmonary resuscitation( CPR) operation training based on curriculum ideological and political education,through the professional skills questionnaire and course ideological and political questionnaire survey,this paper analyzed the application effect of Simman patient simulators in CPR skill teaching based on curriculum ideological and political education. Results More than 90. 0% of the students thought that Simman patient simulators could fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm,and the scene simulation was real and repeatable;95.0% of the students thought that Simman patient simulators could comprehensively assess the students’ clinical thinking;91.7% of the students thought Simman patient simulators could further consolidate and improve the theoretical knowledge of students;All the 60 students believed that integrating curriculum ideological and political education into the clinical skills teaching could have a deeper understanding of the connotation of "four consciousness","four confidence"and "two maintenance",and combined it closely with the professional practice,so that the learning experiences would be more profound. After the training,the scores of professional skill theoretical written test and practice examination of students were significantly improved,with statistical significance compared with those before the training( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,Simman patient simulators in clinical skill teaching based on curriculum ideological and political education can stimulate students’ learning initiative,give full play to the advantages of simulation teaching,to enable students to have professional awareness of the major and later career planning,to develop a good professional quality.
