摘要：查阅近十年针刺治疗阴虚火旺型失眠的相关文献,从特殊配穴法、特殊针法、特殊针具、针刺结合其他疗法等4个方面对针刺治疗阴虚火旺型失眠的临床研究概况进行总结、分析,归纳出针刺治疗阴虚火旺型失眠具有直指病根、平衡阴阳、疗效持久、绿色安全等优势,但仍存在缺乏特色传统针法的研究、疗效标准不确切、科研设计存在缺陷等不足。因此,今后研究应针对阴虚火旺型失眠患者建立确切、统一的疗效标准,并增强特色传统针法的临床应用。
This paper provides a systematic review of the literature published over the past decade on acupuncture treatment for insomnia attributable to yin deficiency with fire hyperactivity.The review synthesizes and critically analyzes current clinical research across four key domains:specific acupoint combinations,distinctive acupuncture techniques,specialized acupuncture instruments,andintegrative approaches combining acupuncture with other therapeutic modalities.Findings indicate that acupuncture treatment for this condition offers advantages including addressing the underlying pathogenesis,restoring yin-yang balance,producing sustained therapeutic effects,and being green and safe.Nevertheless,notable limitations persist,such as insufficient investigation into characteristic traditional acupuncture techniques,inadequatelydefined efficacy criteria,and methodological weaknesses in study design.Therefore,future studies should establish precise and unified efficacy standards for patients with insomnia due to yin deficiency with fire hyperactivity,and enhance the clinical application of characteristic traditional acupuncture techniques.
