摘要:类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis, RA)是一种慢性、系统性、自身免疫性疾病。它影响关节及软骨,导致继发性多器官损伤,在全世界范围内发病率较高。RA与遗传、感染、免疫、激素和环境等因素有关,涉及多种细胞、细胞因子、遗传物质和信号通路。虽然目前对该病的研究取得了一些进展成果,但其确切的病因及发病机制尚不完全清楚。近年来,发现细胞凋亡和自噬在RA的发病机制中起着重要作用。作者通过查阅近几年相关研究文献,就细胞自噬与凋亡在类风湿关节炎发病机制中的作用及其潜在性应用研究进展展开综述,以期能够为后期类风湿关节炎的诊治及研究提供新的思路和方向。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a chronic, systemic and autoimmune disease.It affects joints and cartilage, resulting in secondary multiple organ damage, with a highincidence worldwide.RA is related to factors such as heredity, infection, immunity, hormones and environment, involving a variety of cells, cytokines, genetic material and signal pathways.Although the current research on the disease has made some progress, the exact etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are still not fully understood.In recent years, it is discovered that apoptosis and autophagy play an important role in the pathogenesis of RA.By consulting relevant research literature in recent years, the author summarized the role of autophagy and apoptosis in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and its potential application, hoping to provide new ideas and directions for the diagnosis, treatment and research of rheumatoid arthritis in the later stage.
