摘要：类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种侵袭关节及关节周围组织的破坏性疾病,有着较高的发病率及致残率,极大影响了人们的日常工作和生活。现代西医治疗本病存在一定局限性,随着中医护理技术的不断发展和完善,其在改善患者临床症状,提高患者依从性等方面取得了确切疗效。通过查阅大量文献发现,虽然RA患者中医护理技术的总体使用率很高,但不同证型RA中医护理技术使用略有差别。因此,扩大中医护理技术应用于RA的证型,还有待进一步研究,也为将来中医护理技术应用于不同证型RA患者提供最佳的科研证据。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a destructive disease,characterized by invasion of joints and surrounding tissues,with a high rate of incidence and disability,which greatly affects people's daily work and life.However,Modern Western medicine has certain limitations on this disease.With its development and improvement,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing technology has achieved exact curative in improving clinical symptoms and compliance of patients.Although it is found higher overall utilization rates of TCM nursing techniques for RA patients in a large number of literatures,there are significant differences in the use of TCM nursing techniques between different syndromes.Therefore,further research is needed to expand the application of TCM nursing technology to more syndrome types of RA,and it will also provide the best scientific research evidence for RA patients with different syndrome in the future.
