摘要：为比较腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗结直肠癌术后肠梗阻的发生率，笔者检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学数据库、Embase、Cochrane library、PubMed等数据库上公开发表的有关腹腔镜和传统开腹手术治疗结直肠癌的相关随机对照试验（RCTs）文献，严格按标准筛选后依据Cochrane系统评价员手册4．2文献质量评价方法评价纳入研究质量，最后用RevMan5．0软件进行系统评价。结果共选取9篇RCTs文献进行质量评价。共纳入病例4194例（腹腔镜组2073例，开腹组2121例）。分析结果显示，腹腔镜组肠梗阻发生率比开腹组低（P=0．008）。荟萃分析结果表明采用腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌可以降低患者术后肠梗阻的发生率。
To evaluate the intestinal obstruction incidence of the laparoscopic resecetion for colorectal cancer,comparing to the open surgery, authors took computer retrieval in the Chinese journal full-text database, Wanfang database, Chinese biological medical database, Embase, Cochrane library, PubMed, etc on the published randomized controlled trials（RCTs） literature about comparing laparoscopic surgical treatment of colorectal cancer with open surgery,strictly according to the standard screening Cochrane system based on evaluation member manual 4.2 literature quality evaluation method in the evaluation of quality,finally using RevMan 5.0 software for system evaluation.Results of 9 RCTs articles were selected and evaluated. The total number of the cases was 4 194 （the number of the cases for laparoscopic resection was 2 073 and for open surgery 2 121）.The incidence rates of the postoperative complications of the two groups were.laparoscopic set related intestinal obstruction rate was lower than open operative set （ P =0.008）.The results of meta analysis show that the laparoscopic resection for colorectal cancer surgery can reduce the incidence of intestinal obstruction after surgery.
