摘要：目的了解甘肃省医院住院患者健康教育需求,探讨医院患者健康教育长效机制。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,于2014年10—12月对甘肃20家三级医院的1 901名住院患者健康教育需求进行调查。结果81.19%的被调查者对常见疾病预防知识有需求较高、77.75%的对合理用药知识的需求较高。不同年龄、不同性别、文化程度、职业的患者对健康知识内容需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院在开展患者健康教育的过程中,在进行个体化健康教育的同时,还要针对群体患者的需求提供群体性健康教育,提高患者健康教育满意度。
Objective To examine the need of health education among inpatients in third-level hospitals in Gansu province for exploring long-term strategy of health education in hospitalized patients. Methods A total of 2 000 inpatients were selected with randomized stratified sampling from 20 third-level hospitals in Gansn province and surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire about the need for health education. Results Of the 1 901 inpatients with eligible response,81.19% reported the requirement for knowledge about prevention of common diseases and 77. 75% for the knowledge on rational drug use. Significant differences in health knowledge requirement were observed among the inpatients of different gender, various age, education level, and occupation （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Both population and individual health education should be promoted in hospitals in Gansu province to satisfy the need of the inpatients.
