摘要:骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种由渐进性骨质流失引起的代谢性骨病。以骨量减少,骨微观结构退化为主要特征。肌肉微环境对调节骨骼发育、修复和重建起重要作用,微环境的破坏将导致其组织结构的改变,肌力、肌量减弱、收缩功能下降、骨应力刺激减少,进而加快骨质流失。因此,维护肌肉健康不仅可以增强肌力,同时还能减少骨量丢失,改善骨强度,治疗OP应该同时兼顾肌肉与骨骼,多靶点治疗,以期达到更好的临床疗效。本文将对肌肉微环境与OP的关系进行深入探讨,为OP的基础研究提供一定的理论依据,更好地指导临床。
Osteoporosis (OP) is a kind of metabolic bone disease caused by gradual bone losses. The key features of osteoporosis include bone mass loss and bone micro-structure deterioration. The muscle micro-environment plays an important role for the growth, repair and reconstruction of bone, therefore the destruction of muscle micro-environment could lead to changes in the structure of muscle tissues, decrease of muscle strength and muscle volume and reduction of the systolic function and bone stress stimulus, which accelerates bone loss. Therefore, maintaining muscle health not only can enhance muscle strength, but also can reduce bone mass loss and improve bone strength. OP treatment should give consideration to both muscle and bone, with multiple targets for treatment, in order to achieve better clinical curative effect. This paper carries out in depth discussion on the relationship between the muscle micro-environment and OP, aiming to provide some theory for the basic research of OP and to guide the clinical treatment better.
