摘要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种以气道炎症为核心且常伴有全身慢性炎症反应的疾病,肠道菌群是长期存在于人体肠道内的微生物群落,正常状态肠道菌群使得肠道黏膜屏障完整、影响人体的营养吸收、抵御病原体及调节免疫;肺部和肠道通过微生物及其代谢产物相互影响,肠道菌群失调,屏障功能受损,肠道通透性增加,俗称“肠漏”,促进微生物及代谢产物转移到体循环中并可能引发全身炎症反应,从而加剧呼吸系统病变。肠道微生物组在肠-肺轴中的重要作用,特别是在调节全身免疫反应方面,为治疗干预开辟了新的途径。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a disease with airway inflammation as its core and often accompanied by systemic chronic inflammatory response.The gut microbiota is a microbial community that exists in the human intestine for a long time.In a normal state,the gut microbiota makes the intestinal mucosal barrier intact,affects the body's nutrient absorption,resists pathogens,and regulates immunity;The lungs and intestines interact with each other through microorganisms and their metabolites,leading to dysbiosis of the gut microbiota,impaired barrier function,increased intestinal permeability,commonly known as"intestinal leakage",which promotes the transfer of microorganisms and metabolites into the systemic circulation and may trigger systemic inflammatory reactions,thereby exacerbating respiratory system diseases.The important role of the gut microbiome in the gut lung axis,particularly in regulating systemic immune responses,has opened up new avenues for therapeutic interventions.
