摘要:马铃薯退化是由于无性繁殖导致病毒连年积累而形成,利用马铃薯幼苗生长点生长速度大于病毒繁殖速度进行茎尖组织培养可获得脱毒苗,由脱毒苗快速繁殖可获得脱毒种薯。马铃薯脱毒苗制取的关键技术是外植体消毒、茎尖培养和病毒检测、脱毒苗快繁;原原种生产主要采用防虫网隔离基质栽培或无基质栽培(雾培法)等技术;原种生产除满足一般栽培技术外,要注意防病毒、忌氯、休眠、水肥等特殊要求。
Potato degradation results from the accumulating of viruses caused by the asexual reproduction for successive years. The seedlings of the potatoes grow much quicker than the viruses that can multiply during the same period of time. By using the time gap between them, the stem tip can be dissected and cultivated. In this way, the virus-free potato seedlings can be obtained. Then the quick multiplication of the seedlings leads to detoxicated potato seeds. The key technologies are the sterilization of the exophyte, the culturing of the stem tips, the examining of the virus and quick multiplication of the detoxicated seedlings. The production of the original seeds mainly uses the technologies like substrate culture and non-substrate culture. In the production anti-handling chlorine, sleep, water and fertilizer and of the seeds, we should pay attention to anti-virus, other special requirements.
